What is the commercial model? How much do we earn?
Every partnership is confirmed in writing. In broad strokes: partners earn a meaningful revenue share on the initial build fee and on the recurring monthly retainer we run for the client. Numbers depend on the client, the scope and how much you carry (positioning, requirements, account management). We'll walk you through it on the discovery call, before you sign anything.
Do we have to give up the client relationship?
Never. The client relationship stays yours. Kapis is your build partner. We can be visible (named delivery partner), semi-visible (technology partner), or fully white-labelled — whichever positions your agency best with that client.
We don't have AI engineers. Is that a problem?
No — that's exactly the point of the program. Kapis brings the engineers, the AI system design and the infrastructure. You bring the client, the brand relationship and the account leadership.

What kind of contract do you use with partners?
A short, plain-English Partner Agreement that covers exclusivity by client, commercial share, IP, confidentiality and how we exit if it isn't working. No lock-in beyond active engagements. If your legal team wants to redline it, that's fine.
